Like almost all of the other campers, I heard the traffic noise from I40 but I was so tired, it didn't bother me. The campground was clean, well organized, and well-staffed. I especially was pleased with the autotransformer that was on my 50-amp power station. That gave me a little bit more peace of mind. I will make it a point to stay here when I need a spot for the night in this area.

Except for I40 traffic (especially the truckers using their jake-brakes on the incline), this campground was very quiet. In fact, we were the ONLY campers in the facility. We only stayed for one night in transit but the value was acceptable. I would stay here again if in the area either in transit or staying for a while.

This time of year the campground was very quiet. The entire row where I was parked had 20 slots and 5 units in the row. Area was clean and staff was very friendly. I'll stay here again.

I stayed here on Superbowl nite and could not get my TV to sync with the cable system. I was lucky that the antenna could pull in a fair signal so we could watch the game. I found out the next AM that the connector on the power post was totally shot and consequently no amount of trying to sync the TV to the cable would have worked. I would have given this facility a ten otherwise because the staff was kind enough to call me when I was about an hour from Texarkana and informed me that they wanted to close and go watch the game also. They told me which site was mine and how to get there. The road noise that night was non-existant because of the game so it was a quiet night. I would stay here again.

Excellent facilty. Clean, well maintained and roomy. Friendly staff. Road to/from I81 was narrow and could have been better marked (especially for the return to I81). A word of warning - don't try to book a site on NASCAR weekends. It just won't be available even if you are staying for one night. I would stay here again.

Poorly maintained, although it looked like improvements were in progress. Campground had full timers that did not maintain their sites and therefore detracted from the overall experience.
